Please note that there are a good number of import restrictions that vary from state to state (in the US) and from country to country. By completing a purchase, you agree to take personal responsibility for familiarizing yourself with restrictions that pertain to your specific corner of the Earth. I cannot not be held responsible for any seeds seized by customs or legal ramifications stemming from growing prohibited species. Additionally, international customers agree to take full responsibility for any taxes or import duties that may be assessed by their country.
At this time, I am a small enterprise and I am unable to provide phytosanitary certificates due to the high cost to obtain them.
I sell many rare and/or obscure species that are not readily available elsewhere. As such, many are difficult to grow and require specific growing conditions. Each seed I sell is fresh (preceding year harvested), has been germination tested, inspected, hand selected and packed. Growing instructions are provided on each packet. All products are shipped in secure padded envelopes with the address provided by the customer. Please be confident that every effort has been made to ensure your success. Seeds, like other life forms are subject to their immediate environment and therefore may or may not respond favorably. I cannot make any guarantee either direct or implied that you will meet with cultivation success, and by purchasing seeds in my shop you agree to take personal accountability for your sowing/ growing endeavors. Should you run into a problem, please do not hesitate to contact me with problems or concerns as I am always happy to help troubleshoot and provide growing advice.
Use of Product
Although many plant species have purported medicinal or edible properties, all products sold on this site are for planting purposes only. It is the responsibility of the buyer to research any plant and determine garden locale and use of any plant or plant products.
Shipping charges are based on actual costs incurred to get your seeds to you safely and efficiently. I only shipped tracked packages and the cost to do this is a bit higher, however, most seeds I offer are in short supply during any given growing season and are not easily replaceable.
Should your tracked package become lost or stalled in the mail, we are bound to the parameters set forth by USPS to file a claim (30 days missing). I will be glad to replace your package after this time if seed stock is still available or to issue a refund or alternate selection as desired.
Refunds, returns and cancelations
Due to the nature of the product I cannot offer any refunds or returns after the seeds have been dispatched with the exception of a mistake made on my behalf or a problem during the shipping process. Cancellations made prior to dispatch will be honored with a 10% restocking fee applied.
